Pinko commissioned Kitchen Stories to design a high-impact, site-specific installation for its Montenapoleone flagship stores, with the aim of expressing the brand’s DNA while encouraging interaction between visitors and the retail space.
The project is conceived as a spatial transformation that gently invades the existing architecture through a flexible, modular structure. Rather than imposing a fixed scenography, the installation integrates seamlessly into the store, creating a dynamic environment that evolves with the brand and its collections.
At the core of the concept is a new approach to seasonal product display. Curved, modular, and essential forms were designed to adapt over time, allowing the space to be continuously reconfigured. The result is a playful and unexpected retail experience that reflects Pinko’s bold, contemporary identity while offering versatility and freedom in visual merchandising..
