Mercerie brings the haute cuisine of Igles Corelli out of the kitchen and into the streets, transforming fine dining into an immediate, accessible experience.
The project takes its name from the historic haberdashery in the heart of Rome where the idea was born and where the first restaurant opened. Buttons, fabrics, and small objects from this intimate place of craft became the source of inspiration for both the concept and the shape of the products themselves.
Conceived as a tasting journey to be enjoyed in a single bite, Mercerie translates culinary research, precision, and creativity into a new urban ritual—where craftsmanship, experimentation, and flavor meet everyday life.
